As an inexperienced climber, I was lucky to have Maggie & Duke leading me. . . (They traded leads). And if the route we took [had been] harder, it's likely I would not have been able to get to the summit before it started to pour, lightning, etc. It was a scary day for most of us, as many were on the rocks when the inclement weather started. But thankfully everyone remained relatively calm despite having to down-climb in the wind and rain, then rappel a couple pitches in lightning.
